The EDD Belt Conveyor has been designed specifically as a cost-effective belt conveyor solution, whilst still meeting Ocon’s high quality manufacturing remit. Offering efficient material handling transportation, utilising its unique drum drive conveyor design complete with shrouded rollers.
The belt has a range of different materials and colours to choose from. Popular materials include smooth top, longitudinal grip top belt. The EDD Belt Conveyor can be manufactured in lengths as small as 750mm long, whilst still offering lengths as long as 28,000mm long (depending on product weight). The EDD has four different bed depth options these include 90mm, 120mm, 140mm and 142mm.
The EDD Belt Conveyor can be manufactured either horizontally or inclined. A series of options & accessories are available to suit your needs.

What Belt is used on a horizontal belt conveyor?
Our standard belt for a horizontal belt conveyor is a 2 ply PVC smooth top belt. Other belts can be offered to suit specific applications
What drive motor is used for this belt conveyor?
A drum motor is used for the conveyor design. The motor itself is inside the drive roller, this is a neat design and is extremely common in the conveyor industry
How do you track a belt conveyor?
You track the belt conveyor using our high-quality adjustable tracking rollers. Instructions are available upon request.
Can you change the speed of the belt conveyor?
Yes, when you purchase a variable speed option in conjunction with the conveyor. This enables you to adjust the speed, many different speed ranges are available at quoting stage.
